Bedroom vanity

I took a trip to Ikea last week on a mission to find a dressing table for my bedroom. I was going to get Ikea's Malm dressing table, but.... they don't have it in the walnut brown color I wanted anymore! I was so sad. I'd been looking for a vintage vanity on CL, but I was having no luck there either.

Then yesterday I found this cute, old desk that I think might do the trick. What do you think?

    Oh yes! Great solution. You will love having those drawers and it will last longer too probably. All my Ikea, while I love it, sags.

    I've been looking for a good vanity table myself... but I'm trying to avoid Ikea all together. I feel very disillusioned with them lately.

    looks like exactly the dressing table of my mom.. dad bought it in LA and my mom loved it, since there lots of drawers to open.
