It's hard to come by contemporary homes close to Boston. The Grozer home built by aritect Eduardo Catalano was for sale but is now under agreement. $1,087,000, I could so afford that....yeah right
Such a great house. We've found several mid-century gems while driving through the back roads of Cambridge, Chestnut Hill, Roslindale/West Roxybury, and Milton. I just want to ring the doorbell and ask to go to the bathroom so I can peek inside. Unfortunately, I don't think that plan will work!
