For the last week or two, I have been working non-stop to get these cat and dog illustrations done. It was kind of stressful, since I really shy away from making anything too true-to-life (my comfort zone is making abstract patterns), but I'm so glad I did them.
I'm still making some tiny changes with color here and there but I should have them for sale in my Etsy shop soon (individuals breeds and all of them grouped together). See more on my Flickr page.

OMG. We've already got a set of alphabet cards as inspiration for our nursery-to-be. At this rate we might as well not paint as we can just paper the walls with your awesome prints!! Love these! :)
Jenn! These are so nice, really great and just very well done. I'm glad you've ventured beyond your comfort zone--you've achieved an awesome result!
These are great... you wouldn't know you're not comfortable doing life-like drawings. :)
Dachshund? Plz?
i too am venturing into the world of "life-like" drawings. and it is very unnerving. your work is wonderful!!
So cute! Any chance a Border Collie is in the works?
For someone who stepped out of their comfort zone - you did a really great job! I'm a lover of vintage graphics - not particularly crazy about any animal breed -- these were the first of anything like it that i've truly enjoyed! They are fabulous!
absolutely love your work....!!! I know it's a really broad subject but seeing some "mutts" thown in there would be the greatest thing in the world!!!!
These are adorable. Love them!
Awww, I want the German Shepherd! It's adorable.
I'd personally love to see an apricot poodle. They're all amazing!!
King Charles Cavalier pleeease!
(jeez, these types of comments must suck;)
Would you consider doing personalized ones like you did for your friend? I absolutely love these prints, I think they're so clever and creative.
