I started to pack up some of the china that I never use and my lower back started to hurt. I then got a phone call and laid down on my bed and put some pillows behind my lower back. After the conversation was over I tried to lean up and it was so painful! I just kept laughing uncontrollably. You know that feeling after a long period of standing and you get home and you lay down on your back? It's like that, but much worse. It's so hard to get out of bed, no matter what I do I get this sharp, paralyzing muscle pain...

Hopefully this gets better, because we won't have any help with the big move. I will probably need to buy one of those supportive belts they're required to wear at home improvement stores like Home Depot. Lovely.

Ouch! I hope you feel better soon.
Get someone to help you move (even if it means loosing a bit of cash). You got to save some back for redecorating that gorgeous house:)!

I hope your back pain eases up really soon.

Maybe you should get one of your fabulously creative friends to stitch you up a pretty looking back support belt.

Who knows... Maybe there's a market for these kinds of things.

If you can, take ibuprofen... it may help :)
