I painted it's a miracle!

I've been on a mission in the last few days to fill up the empty spaces is my home. I had some large leftover hardboard canvases that I just thought I should use up. For now my house will have little bits of cut paper every where, yay...

I'll add more images to my flickr page once they are finished and up on the walls.

Gorgeous! So, did you paint the canvas and then add strips and pieces of paper on top? How did you adhere the paper? Inquiring minds want to know!

Oh! Very nice! This is the sort of project that I would think about for ages, and maybe even start, but I'm not sure that I'm disciplined enough to bring it together as well as you did ....
it looks great!

Yes I paint the board first then i brush on a thin coat of Liquitex glazing medium. I place the paper on the wet/tacky glaze, then I brush on another thin coat over the paper. This works well with thick papers but not so much thin paper.
