This spring I will finally have some grass growing on my property, hooray! My husband and I purchased our home back in August of 2008 and most of the work we have done has been outside.
The back of my home is all woods and the front yard was all overgrown shrubs so I really wanted my own patch of grass. My husband and I cleared those enormous shrubs/trees and I have been raking out the dirt. Most recently we had large concrete circles professionally poured into the frames we built. Below is what I hope to get my yard looking like this summer. I'm counting the days!

Woa! I LOVE the circles...way cute! I'd take your snow if I could...
Wow, its stunning!
I'm in the exact same boat...fall renovations left me grassless and in a mud quagmire...Your work looks great so far! Love the circles...
I want to do the circles! How much cement did you have to use? How big are the circles? Do you have plans or did you wing it?
So jealous...

Yes there was a drawn out plan with measurements but I think half way in we kind of winged it a bit
It was about 380sq of cement which cost $800.
Some of my circle are huge!

I just saw a picture of your sidewalk on houzz.com. Weren't sure if you gave them permission or not and also they have a photo credit for designpublic.com on the photo and not your blog!
